After School Session 2

March 9- April 3, 2020

In our second session of after school programming, YAS is excited to round out the week with a brand new class, *Paper Arts with Mary Milelzcik! Students who sign up for both, Paper Arts and Ceramics, will have a full week of after school classes and studio time. This session will run for 4 weeks with Ceramics class on Mondays and Wednesdays and Paper Arts class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. With open studio on Wednesdays and Fridays. Can’t make it for both? Not a problem! Registering for classes individually is an option too. 

March is National Youth Art Month, a month dedicated to promoting art and arts education amongst young people across America. In celebration of the month YAS is offering special enrollment discounts. 

EHCC Members receive 15% off 

AND! Anyone who registers for a March class will receive a coupon for 5% off of the enrollment fee for ANY future YAS program (April After-School classes, Summer Camp, Fall Break Camp, Pop-Up Workshops, etc…)

Wednesdays: 3/11, 3/18, 3/25, 4/1

Class from 3:00-5:00 PM both days

Open Studio on Wednesdays from 1:00-3:00


Class Description

Students will learn basic ceramic sculpting techniques and work on forming their own creations.

‘Ceramics Studio Classes with Bella Freedman’ will offer enrollment fee discounts to students, ages 16-18. YAS will discount a students enrollment fee up to $10/hr of studio assistant work (up to 4 hours per session). Studio Assistant positions will be filled on a first come first serve basis. There will be up to 3 assistants per session. Email [email protected] to inquire about becoming a Studio Assistant.

Refund Policy:

Refunds requested after March 7, are non-refundable. EHCC is a non-profit organization, all of the money from enrollment fees goes directly into the program to provide supplies and other resources necessary to provide the best experience possible for all of the students.

 

Classes will take place in the EHCC Youth Annex, located directly behind the main gallery building. The two buildings are separated by our parking lot, which you are free to park in.
